maker’s market
Create with us at the Maker’s Market in Broadway Square. The idea of a Citizen Creator, Haley Shelton, and brought to life in 2022 with the support of Visit Ashland. Held every other Saturday, from May through September, 10 am to 2 pm, the market showcases a diverse collection of locally made goods, handcrafted items, and fresh produce and flowers. Join us at Broadway Square and support our creative community.

This series was created to encourage the creative spirit and financially support makers, creators, growers, local entertainmeners, and locally owned food trucks/tents. The Maker’s Market does not accept vendors who sell mass produced items or items from multi-level marketing companies. All events of this series take place at Broadway Square in downtown Ashland (300 16th Street, Ashland, KY 41101) from 10am-2pm. Set-up will take place two hours before the start of the event.
You will be notified if you are selected within 3-5 business days of submitting your application. If selected, you must have or obtain a business license or temporary vendor permit through the City of Ashland. If your items are made with food products, you must be approved by the Boyd County Health Department.
