In 2023, Visit Ashland proudly organized and hosted over 20 events within The District, including the cherished community fixtures of First Friday and the AKY Makers Market on the Square. We pride ourselves on offering quality, family friendly events that are FREE to the public. Last year to make this happen, we spent over $65,000 and it would not have happened without the support of our friends and local businesses in our community!  

These events align closely with our core mission - to enhance our community and spotlight Ashland, KY in ways that captivate both residents and visitors, encouraging them to choose Ashland as a prime destination. We hope you consider supporting us in 2024 and help us make this year the best one yet!
